Traveling by Car
If you’re coming by car, it’s easy to reach us via the A7, with the final stretch on a local road. Once you arrive in Damp, a free large parking lot awaits you at the entrance to town. From there, you can walk to the hotel or simply take our free shuttle bus. If you’ve booked a vacation home, a parking spot near your accommodation is included.
Getting There by Bus & Train
Going to Damp without a car? No problem at all! You can take the ICE train all the way to Kiel, the state capital, which is 50 km away. There, transfer to the regional train to Eckernförde, and from there, take the No. 711 bus directly to us in Damp.
Traveling by Plane
Do you have a long way to go and want to get here as quickly as possible? Then why not just fly here? The nearest airport is in Hamburg—there are plenty of flights there every day. And from there, you can just hop on the train.
Effortless Loading and Unloading
If you’d prefer to drive onto the property to load or unload your vacation luggage, you’re welcome to do so. We use a camera to digitally record your car as it enters and exits—that’s why you won’t find a gate.
The first hour is free for you. You certainly won’t need more than that to unload your luggage. And if you do, you can simply pay your parking fee at one of the 5 pay stations. You can also purchase daily or weekly passes (€14 / €55) at the front desk.
If you have a disability parking permit marked “aG,” please check in at the front desk. They will issue you a parking permit there.
Park for free in the large parking lot
Take the free shuttle bus or walk through the Ostsee Resort Damp: As soon as you arrive in Damp, you’ll find a large parking lot at the entrance to town—free of charge, of course. Here, you can park your car with ease and hop on the free shuttle bus. It runs regularly and takes you directly to the hotel. But the entire resort is also easily accessible on foot from here. For example, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the hotel.
